The event starts on Thursday Night with our pre-conference party... a perfect opportunity to commence networking ahead of the big day. On Friday we start early with doors opening at 9:30am with the first speaker not until 10am giving plenty of time for guests to settle in. Throughout the day we are extending the breaks to 30 minutes and a longer lunch period.. in addition to this we also have pre-dinner drinks followed by our evening awards. If you're not networked out by 11 pm on Friday then you didn't attend!
In order to reserve your space we require a 50% payment upfront and the final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. As we always sell out of exhibitor spaces, failure to make payment prior will result in your stand being given away.
For the premium package you will need to prepare a 15 minute talk.. we suggest focusing on a value based topic and avoid trying to sell your services. Examples: Importance of a website, Creating a woodland setting...
